One of our contractor clients needed the capability to print AIA Billings for percentage of completion contracts which QuickBooks does not do. When performing the QuickBooks setup, we also set up an add-on program that pulls the data from QuickBooks, tracks percentage of completion contracts and prints the AIA forms. This allows the client to only input the data once and not have to duplicate the information in another stand alone program which saves them time and keeps the information accurate.
